Description
The Scare Hawk is a full size replica of a hovering hawk, the natural predator of all other birds! Made of tough weatherproof plastic for durability in all sorts of weather, the Scare Hawk doesn’t require wind to replicate the natural predator. The device is ideal for use on crop farms or smaller gardens, where it can be suspended over or near your crop, or over marinas and jetties.
The Scare Hawk is completely environmentally friendly bird scarer – no power, wind or poison needed. It comes in kit form and is easily assembled in approximately 6 minutes – no tools required. For best results, the Scare Hawk can be mounted on a stand or pole as required (not included).
Ideal for scaring away Cockatoos, Crows, Galahs, Corellas, Starlings, Jays, Parrots, Bulbuls, Mynahs & Silver Eyes. Field tests also demonstrate that it stops Pigeons, Swallows and Seagulls roosting on boats, sheds, verandas and roofs. Scares ducks off dams & swimming pools. Field tests have shown that although effective, the Scare Hawk is not 100% effective for Sparrows.

COCKATOOS HAVE STOPPED VISITING
We used to have up to fifteen cockatoos drop by on our balcony and they destroyed several pot plants, but since installing the Scare Hawk the cockatoos have stopped visiting us. Such a simple but effective deterrent 🙂

Dear Angie, Thank you for your help. We love the Hawk Laser and visual scare hawk combination you recommended. The ducks obviously DONT like them and now we have a clean oval! Bye ducks! Thanks again

We initially purchased 2 hawks to see how they go on our acreage to deter green parrots and they have certainly made a big difference so we have just bought more!
I envisage 3-4 are enough to protect half the orchard. They have been set up on poles 40 ft in the air. They are springing around on PVC which is great! Thanks for pointing us in the right direction Bird Control Australia!

excellent deterrent for cockatoos
The cockatoos were decimating the trees in my yard making a hideoous mess on my back deck. The visual scare hawke has made stopped this. Very happy!

Simple yet effective! Very happy with the outcomes.
Cockatoo’s and corella’s have been roosting in large numbers around our acreage. Unable to have a conversation in our own house due to the excessive noise they produce in the afternoons and constant noise at night as well. Using two imitation hawks and some air horns we were able to move the birds away from the area without harm. Highly recommend the use of these to start with.
