Wild Pig Control

These large animals cause damage to properties mainly by “rooting”. Rooting is the term used when they uproot large areas of earth in search of food causing unsightly and uneven surfaces.

They also trample plants and lawns and rub themselves against trees and poles to mark their territory. Sometimes they make nests inside dense landscaping or crops such as corn. One of the biggest concerns however is that they can be dangerous to humans. These strong animals have been known to gather in numbers and cause injury and in some instances even death.
Interestingly and alarmingly, domestic pigs can also become feral themselves by interbreeding with wild pigs or boars.

The Yard Sentinel RC and Ultrason X uses sounds out of range of human hearing to irritate most pest animals including wild pigs and boars. Similar products have proven successful against these animals including large species in Hawaii.

The animals are not harmed by the Ultrasonic frequency but rather encouraged to find a more peaceful area to hang out!
Each unit protects an area of up to around 400 square meters. Your domestic pets will not be affected by these units as they are already happily living on the premises. Wild animals however, will find It extremely irritating and feel unwelcome.

There are different species of wild pigs and wild boars and they are a growing problem throughout the world as they breed very quickly and have very few natural predators. Care should always be taken when confronted by a wild pig or boar.
